CALL Grants and Chapter Awards

The Grants and Chapter Awards Committee is pleased to announce the recipients of the 2015-2016 CALL Awards:

The Agnes and Harvey Reid Award for Outstanding Contribution to Law Librarianship

Gretchen Van Dam

The Award for Outstanding Lifetime Achievement in Law Librarianship – two awardees

Sarah Holterhoff and Barry Herbert

The Award for Outstanding In-House Publication

The William J. Campbell Library of the U.S. Courts, 7th Circuit, for its Daily Headlines E-mail

Please join me in congratulating the awardees!  They will be formally recognized at the May 12th business meeting at Harry Caray’s.

CALL’s Grants and Chapter Awards Committee is also pleased to announce the recipients of the CALL Grants to attend the 2016 AALL Annual Meeting in Chicago.

Debra Denslaw is the recipient of the AALL Chapter grant for the 2016 Annual Meeting.

CALL grants for the AALL Annual Meeting have been awarded to:

Heidi Kuehl, David C. Shapiro Memorial Law Library, Northern Illinois University College of Law

Annie Mentkowski, David C. Shapiro Memorial Law Library, Northern Illinois University College of Law

Matthew Timko, Loyola University Chicago School of Law Library

In addition, the Committee has awarded a grant to William Schwesig, D’Angelo Law Library, University of Chicago, for attendance at Yale University’s Rare Book School: Law Books, History and Connoisseurship.
