Mentorship and Networking Interests Form

The CALL Mentoring and Leadership Development Committee is interested in connecting librarians who desire to expand their skills with other librarians who want to share their knowledge and expertise with others.

The Mentoring program is one aspect of a well-rounded professional and leadership development program. We aim to connect librarians with mutual interests with the goal that both parties will benefit from the relationship. The mentee is responsible for sharing his or her knowledge and experience with the mentor just as the mentor is responsible in imparting his or her knowledge.

Another aspect of CALL’s professional and leadership development program is a series of informal networking events based on specific interest groups. If you do not want to participate in a formal mentor/mentee relationship, but are interested in meeting with colleagues to discuss similar professional interests, we invite you to fill out fill out this form with your areas of interest. The committee will help organize networking events based on interest groups.
