CALL Bulletin, Winter 2014, Issue 230 is now available

Just (barely!) in time for the holidays, the Winter issue of the CALL Bulletin has hit the icy streets! So pour your winter warmer of choice, curl up by the fire, and check out the first installment of the Bulletin’s New Member Q&A, a librarian’s tales of teaching law and technology, all the latest library policy dope from Springfield, and much more.

Early in the new year, we’ll be reaching out to all of you for your thoughts about any of your once beloved resources that have been lost to the ages, or any valuable resources that might now be at risk; see the bottom of page 15 for a teaser. But until then, enjoy the holidays, and this issue of the Bulletin!

AALL Election News: Congratulations to Keith Ann Stiverson

Congratulations to CALL member Keith Ann Stiverson on her election to the AALL Executive Board! She recently served on the Task Force on the Depository Library Program and the Government Policy Advisory Group, and as AALL observer to the NCCUSL Drafting Committee on the Uniform Electric Legal Material Act. We are all so grateful for Keith’s efforts to help get UELMA passed.

Keith’s term as AALL President will conclude with the 2016 AALL Annual Meeting right here in Chicago. Congratulations, Keith!
