Speaker: Robert Ambrogi is a lawyer and legal journalist who has been writing and speaking about legal technology, legal practice and legal ethics for more than two decades. He writes the award-winning blog LawSites, is a columnist for Above the Law, and hosts the podcast about innovation in law, LawNext. He also serves as publisher and editor-in-chief of LexBlog.com. CALL is pleased to welcome Bob to speak with our community about the Essential Role of the Law Librarian.

Community Service: To celebrate Black History Month in February, the Community Service Committee is encouraging CALL members to consider donating to the DuSable Museum of African American History.  The museum, located in Chicago’s Washington Park neighborhood, aims “to promote understanding and inspire appreciation of the achievements, contributions, and experiences of African Americans through exhibits, programs, and activities that illustrate African and African American history, culture and art.”  Online donations in support of the museum may be made here.
